When you donate by card we receive name, email and payment metadata from our payment processor. When you donate in crypto we receive only the on-chain wallet address you transact from.
We do not sell or share donor data with third parties for marketing. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

All donations made to U4Life Supporting Ltd — whether by card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency — are final and non-refundable.
Crypto transactions in particular are irreversible by design: once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain it cannot be cancelled or reversed by U4Life. Please double-check the destination address and amount before confirming.

*Exception — clerical errors: if a donor makes a clear input error (e.g. types $1,000 instead of $10) and contacts our support within 24 hours of the transaction, a refund of the erroneous amount may be issued. This exception applies to fiat payments only (card / bank transfer); crypto donations are technically irreversible and cannot be refunded. Refunds are also issued in all cases where a legally reclaimed donation must be returned within a reasonable timeframe under applicable law.
