3. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and intended to support our charitable programs.
- Donations are final and non-refundable, including donations made in cryptocurrency, which are irreversible by nature of the blockchain.
- You are responsible for confirming the correct destination address and amount before sending any crypto transaction. U4Life cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.
- U4Life’s 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status application is currently pending; tax deductibility of donations depends on your jurisdiction and on the IRS determination.
4. Crypto compliance
Cryptocurrency regulation varies by country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that buying, holding, sending, or donating crypto is legal in your jurisdiction. U4Life accepts no liability for taxes, fines, or legal consequences arising from your use of crypto where such activity is restricted or prohibited.
5. No warranty
This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
